
Lyncwork is a platform that eases the onboarding journey for new employees, and continues with comprehensive offerings that enriches the employee experience. I was initially responsible for their brand identity, website design, and the UI/UX of their product.
Application
Early 2019, Lyncwork was still in the early stages of development. While they had a vision of what their product would achieve, there was no solution in place that connected the administration side with users of the product. As the company worked on expanding their team and fine tuning their MVP, I was contacted to design a UI for the product, and provided a workflow system where employers can set up tasks for their employees to complete for engagement points. The product ended up featuring a dashboard, employee directory, third-party application integrations, employee engagement rewards, and a workflow system (now called journeys).
Brand Identity
When the MVP was nearly ready and the company's next step was a website, Lyncwork needed a brand identity. The team liked the placeholder logo I created while working on the UI of their product, so the final result ended up being a more unique version of the original.
