Toucan Villas is a vacation management service that maximize profitability of real estate investments. The company decided to rebrand in 2020 so I was tasked to create a new look for their brand, as well as create their website.
Website
Toucan Real Estate Fund needed a new website to match their rebranding. The site also need to connect to Hostaway — the platform they used to book out their properties. Since they specialized in vacation rentals, the site showcased nice interiors all while keeping relaxed and clean theme.

Brand Identity
The team at Toucan Villas wanted to keep the elements in their old logo, but have it look more updated and modern. The logo was not only updated in its appearance, but the colour scheme was also changed to a rich green to match the leaves on tropical plants.
